New Workshop Construction in Full Swing, Advancing Toward a New Chapter in Production

2025-05-19

On July 30, 2025, Hetian Automotive organized a group of core management personnel and technical backbone to participate in the "Lean Production Management Knowledge" training led by instructor Fan Youxian. This training aimed to enhance the team's understanding and application of lean production concepts, further optimize production processes, and improve enterprise operational efficiency and market competitiveness.

In today's increasingly competitive automotive industry, lean production management, as an effective means to improve enterprise production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality, has become the goal pursued by many enterprises. Hetian Automotive actively responds to market changes and organizes this training, hoping that participants can deeply learn the core ideas, methods, and tools of lean production and apply them to actual work, promoting the comprehensive improvement of enterprise production management levels.

For this training, Hetian Automotive sent a strong lineup of participants covering multiple key departments:

· Technical Department: Zai Houpu participated as the representative of the Technical Department, aiming to integrate lean production concepts into the technical R&D process, optimize product design, and improve product manufacturability.

· Quality Department: Quality Manager Yang Wen attended the training, hoping to further improve product quality control levels through lean production management methods, reduce quality defects, and improve customer satisfaction.

· Planning Department: Planning Manager Sun Juan participated, hoping to optimize production planning and scheduling with lean production knowledge, improve the utilization rate of production resources, and ensure on-time product delivery.

· Production Department: Production Director Guo Yongjun, After-sales Production Director Yang Laiwang, Production Assembly Director Dong Mingbing, and Machining Center Team Leader Zou Yonghui, as well as other core production management personnel, attended the training. They will directly apply lean production methods to the production site, optimize production processes, improve production efficiency, and reduce production costs.

· Industrial Engineering Department: Industrial Engineering Department Director Yu Huihai participated in the training. The Industrial Engineering Department plays a key role in enterprise production process optimization. By learning lean production knowledge, they can better use industrial engineering methods and technologies to design and improve production systems.

· Technical Supervisor: Technical Supervisor Liu Yong attended the training to spread lean production concepts within the technical team and promote the organic integration of technological innovation and lean production.

During the training, instructor Fan Youxian explained the historical background and core principles of lean production in an accessible way, such as eliminating waste, continuous improvement, and pull production. Through practical case analysis and interactive discussions, participants deeply understood how to identify the seven major wastes in the production process (overproduction, waiting, transportation, inventory, motion, defects, over-processing) and mastered corresponding improvement methods.

For Hetian Automotive's participants, this training was a feast of knowledge. They not only learned advanced production management concepts but also broadened their horizons and enhanced cross-department collaboration awareness through exchanges and interactions with colleagues from other departments. For example, the production department had in-depth communication with the technical department, planning department, and other departments after the training, jointly discussing how to integrate lean production concepts throughout the entire process of product R&D, planning, and production execution to achieve overall efficiency improvement.

The end of the training is not the end but a new beginning. Hetian Automotive participants will bring the lean production management knowledge they learned back to their respective work positions, combine it with the actual situation of the enterprise, and formulate specific improvement plans and action plans. The enterprise will also continue tomonitorthe progress of lean production, regularly organize evaluations and summaries, and continuously optimize the production management system.

It is believed that with the joint efforts of all participants, Hetian Automotive will gradually achieve the optimization of production processes and the improvement of production efficiency, winning greater development space in fierce market competition with more efficient, high-quality products and services.
