2025-08-26

At 9:00 AM on July 2, 2025, the atmosphere in Meeting Room 208 on the second floor of Hetian Automotive's headquarters wasenthusiasticas a performance management research kick-off meeting concerning the future improvement of enterprise management efficiency was held here. This meeting was organized and invited by Teacher Tang Na, with the Chairman and multiple middle and senior management personnel participating together, aiming to conduct a comprehensive "physical examination" and upgrade of the enterprise's performance management system, opening a new chapter of management optimization.

At the beginning of the meeting, Teacher Tang Na, as the meeting inviter and professional guide, explained the importance and objectives of this performance management research. She pointed out that in today's fiercely competitive automotive market environment, scientific and efficient performance management is the key for enterprises to attract talents, stimulate employee potential, and achieve strategic goals. Although Hetian Automotive's existing performance management system has a certain foundation, to meet the needs of the company's continuous development, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth research analysis, identify potential problems, and explore optimization directions. The Chairman also emphasized in his subsequent speech that performance management is the core link of company management. This research is an important measure for the company to improve management levels and achieve leapfrog development, requiring all participants to fully cooperate.

The participants had a strong lineup, covering the core management of every key department in the company. From the production field's Yu Huihai and Ma Zhiqiang to the technical department's Zai Houpu and Liu Yong; from the sales sector's Wang Shuai to quality control's Qi Zheng and Yang Wen, etc., heads of all departments gathered together. This cross-department participation model ensured that the research could proceed from the perspective of the company's overall operations, fully considering the characteristics and needs of different positions and business links, providing multi-dimensional perspectives for building a comprehensive and scientific performance management system.

Teacher Tang Na detailed the specific plan for this performance management research. The research will adopt a combination of multiple methods, including questionnaire surveys, one-on-one interviews, group discussions, and data analysis. The questionnaire survey will cover all levels and positions of the company, widely collecting employees' views and suggestions on the existing performance management system. One-on-one interviews will target key position personnel, deeply understanding their actual experiences and needs at work. Group discussions will organize employees from different departments to jointly explore common problems and solutions in performance management. At the same time, Teacher Tang Na also emphasized the importance of data authenticity and confidentiality during the research process, ensuring that research results can objectively reflect the company's actual situation.

At the end of the meeting, Teacher Tang Na summarized the meeting, reiterating the research timeline and the division of responsibilities of each department. She required all departments to complete the organization of questionnaire surveys and the determination of interviewees within the specified time, ensuring the research work progresses orderly. The Chairman also expressed that the company will fully support this research work, looking forward to bringing substantial improvement and enhancement to the company's performance management system through the research.

The successful convening of this performance management research kick-off meeting has laid a solid foundation for the optimization of Hetian Automotive's performance management system. Under the professional guidance of Teacher Tang Na and the joint efforts of all participants, it is believed that Hetian Automotive will accurately grasp the problems in performance management through this research, formulate practical optimization plans, achieve comprehensive improvement of management levels, and inject strong momentum into the long-term development of the enterprise.
