Our Company's "Wrought Aluminum Alloy Precision Forging Process Specification" Successfully Passes Review

On June 11-12, 2021, Wuhu Hetian Testing Center underwent a two-day re-evaluation conducted by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and successfully passed this re-evaluation.

The Testing Center of Wuhu Hetian Automotive Co., Ltd. obtained the CNAS National Accreditation Laboratory Certificate on April 16, 2020. Over the past two years, to maintain laboratory testing qualifications and improve testing capabilities, the Innovation Center has strengthened laboratory management, strictly controlling all aspects including personnel, machinery, materials, methods, environment, measurement, and samples according to accreditation criteria and rules.

During this re-evaluation, the evaluation team experts assessed all elements of the accreditation criteria and all accredited technical capabilities based on CNAS-RL01 "Laboratory Accreditation Rules," CNAS-CL01:2018 "Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories," and other standards. The evaluation team experts reviewed management elements in CNAS-CL01 one by one through document review to understand the laboratory quality management system operation. At the same time, they conducted on-site tests on 16 testing items within the accredited capability range by sampling.

At the summary meeting, the evaluation team experts pointed out the progress and deficiencies in Hetian's management system over the past year, as well as valuable constructive suggestions. Regarding the non-conformities raised by audit team leader Teacher Ma, all Testing Center personnel actively implemented improvements. After two months of joint efforts, Laboratory Director Hu organized the review of laboratory system documents, organized personnel training and guidance on skills and procedure documents, and finally officially closed all non-conformities.

Wuhu Hetian Testing Center will take this re-evaluation as a new starting point, learn from the shortcomings in the first two years of laboratory operation, continuously improve management levels, enhance technical capabilities, create a high-level domestic enterprise laboratory, better provide strong support for the company's development, and better create value for the company's domestic and foreign customers.
