From March 4 to March 5, 2019, a CQC audit team of 3 experts conducted a re-certification audit of our company's quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems (referred to as the "three systems"). At 8:40 AM on March 4, the audit team held the opening meeting for this "three systems" re-certification audit. Company leaders, management representatives, and department heads attended the opening meeting, which was chaired by the audit team leader, Teacher Chen.
During the two-day audit, based on ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 audit criteria, the audit team carefully audited the company's leadership, office, business department, and various business divisions in terms of management responsibilities, resource provision, measurement and analysis improvement, process monitoring, work environment, product realization planning, production service provision control, environmental factors and hazard sources, emergency management, operational performance monitoring, combined with internal documentation and supervision site. During the audit, the audit team also conducted detailed exchanges and guidance with company leaders and audited departments on system operation.
Through on-site document review, inquiry, observation, record sampling, and other methods, the audit team collected a large amount of objective evidence, highly praised the effective operation and continuous improvement of our company's "three systems," and fully affirmed the effectiveness of system operation. At the closing meeting, the audit team leader solemnly announced on behalf of the audit team that all audit team members unanimously agreed that this "three systems" re-certification audit was successfully passed. At the same time, the audit team expressed sincere congratulations on the new achievements made by the company under the correct leadership of management and the joint efforts of all employees.
General Manager Pan expressed sincere gratitude to the audit team for their genuine help in the company's "three systems" work, and emphasized that this supervisory audit is another comprehensive inspection of the company's operation status since passing the "three systems" certification, which has far-reaching and important significance for improving the company's management level and enabling the company to develop better and faster. Personnel at all levels of the company should seriously treat the issues and suggestions raised by the audit team, timely formulate corresponding effective corrective measures and management implementation plans, and continuously improve the management system combined with the company's information management system to promote the continuous and effective operation of the company's quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety systems.
