Company Successfully Obtains 3A Measurement Management System Certification

The Measurement Management System Certification Certificate is a document proving that the organization's measurement management system meets all requirements of GB/T19022-2003/ISO10012:2003 "Measurement Management Systems — Requirements for Measurement Processes and Measuring Equipment."

Our company officially introduced the AAA Measurement Management System in January 2017. During this period, we continuously improved our measurement level. In terms of the system, we focused on internal audits and management reviews, continuously improving the measurement management system to ensure stable system operation. In terms of management, the company conscientiously carried out the traceability management of measurement standard instruments, continuously strengthened the management of measuring instruments, incorporated all measuring equipment into the measurement management system, and achieved dynamic management of the entire equipment lifecycle. In terms of technical level, we strengthened learning and training, improved the professional quality of measurement personnel through multiple channels, further enhancing the company's measurement work level.

In November 2018, the audit expert team carefully explained the importance of the "Measurement Management System" operation, audit purposes, audit basis, planned arrangements, and audit team assignments, and put forward requirements for the company and auditors. During the evaluation, the audit team inspected the company's production, operations, energy, safety, environmental protection and other hardware environments and software materials on-site, focusing on equipment uncertainty evaluation, measurement equipment process control, test records, test reports, and other aspects. The audit team fully affirmed the company's performance in enterprise system operation, and also required all departments to learn from the issues raised by the audit team, carefully rectify, investigate causes, formulate effective measures, correct and prevent, strictly accept, and consolidate the foundation of enterprise management. At the same time, valuable opinions and suggestions were put forward for the company's next steps in strengthening production test measurement management, measurement equipment identification management, and measuring instrument management.

On December 19, 2018, our company successfully obtained the AAA Measurement Management System Certification Certificate. Through this system certification work, the company will further identify gaps and deficiencies, improve business capabilities, and comprehensively promote the progress of measurement management.

Through measurement management system certification, an enterprise has established a set of scientific management models for its measurement and testing work in accordance with the ISO10012 international standard. Obtaining the measurement management system certification certificate means the enterprise has received government recognition that it meets the ISO10012 international standard, and has received domestic and international market recognition of its measurement management capabilities. It plays a solid foundational guarantee role in participating in domestic and international bidding and signing contracts.
